For someone who scolded her opponent to give back contributions, you’d think an incumbent County Supervisor would turn in her Form 460 campaign finance report to the County Elections Office on time, no?

Postmark was due Monday, which did happen and the Election office has the document now available for review.
~thanks for the clarification.
Tomi, I >think< the problem might be misunderstanding that it is the Form 700 economic interest report that is due April 1.
The Form 460 was due Monday, Mar 24. In fact March 24 was pushed back from Mar 22 which was a Saturday.
And is this is why pencils have erasers?
It was not received before March 27 cause I checked. And the deadline was 5:00 p.m. March 24, not March 27. And despite the attempts to gloss over this and hand out passes by sympathetic journalists that take it easy on girls, that’s 3-days late and subject to penalties, is it not?
You’re right…it was postmarked March 21st as required and had been received on or before March 27th.
Poor Mary she can’t even get the mail right. The question I have is why is Tomi Van Den Brooke working for Mary Piepho? Mary’s friends on the paleo right of the CCGOP will not be happy.
The deadline for reporting period 1/1/08-3/17/08 was 3/24 and everyone else met that filing deadline and the people at elections office were expecting it when I asked.
Besides…Today is March 27, how could Mary’s 460 be postmarked April 1?
Is that some special supervisoral franking privilege organized by the post office?
I’m impressed
I spoke with the County Elections Department today, and her Form 460 has been received and postmarked April 1st as required.
County confirmed at 2:03 p.m. 3/27 that Supervisor Piepho’s Form 460 had not yet arrived days after deadline.
