Click thru to video of the candidates forum for the office of California State Assembly District 11, sponsored by the California Democratic Party African-American Caucus, NAACP Tri-City Branch, and St. Stephen CME Church. Mister Phillips, who helped organize the event said, “All of the candidates participated in our forum, and the questions and answers are very informative.”
