<p>The Monument Crisis Center is a non-profit community based organization that provides assistance to at- risk families, children , seniors and individuals in Central Contra Costa County. The mission of the center is to provide food, offer help and referrals in crisis situations and promote community awareness of needs and available resources.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://www.monumentfutures.org">Monument Futures</a>, Monument Community Partnership (MCP) and Ygnacio Valley High School present the Monument Futures Winter Resource Fair, Saturday, January 26, 2008 from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM in the Multi-Purpose Room and Quad, at Ygnacio Valley High School, located on 755 Oak Grove Road, Concord, CA 94518</p>
<p>The Resource Fair will introduce residents of the Monument Community to a range of economic and other resources that are available to them. More than 1,000 residents will attend the Fair, and there will be 25 Resource Providers including businesses and corporations, nonprofit organizations, and student and community groups, including: Monument Futures, Monument Community Partnership, Ygnacio Valley High School and its parent and student groups, Contra Costa Interfaith Supporting Community Organization (CCISCO), Consulate General of Mexico, Wells Fargo.</p>
