The Livermore Chamber of Commerce has scheduled an open meeting so its members and the public meet with Steve Poizner, a Republican candidate for California in 2010, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., Monday January 11.
The meeting will be held in the Conference Room of the Livermore Chamber of Commerce, located at 2157 First St, in Livermore. RSVP is required by calling 925-447-1606.
According to the Chamber’s promotional material for this event: “Steve Poizner has a long history of service in California, founding two successful technology companies, and currently serving as Insurance Commissioner since 2006. He has spent time in Washington D.C. as Director of Critical Infrastructure Protection in the National Security Council, and was a volunteer teacher of American Government in San Jose.”
