Assembly candidate Joan Buchanan announced that she has received the endorsement of United States Senator Dianne Feinstein. Feinstein joins a long list of Democratic officials who support Buchanan including Congresswoman Ellen Tasucher, Congressman Jerry McNerny, State Senator Tom Torlakson, and Assemblymember Mark DeSaulnier. Buchanan also touts endorsements from the California Teachers Association, California Nurses Association, California Fire Chiefs, Alameda Deputy Sheriffs Association, and the Livermore Independent.
