My family had a pizza party with our kids softball team at the Gardnerville Round table pizza and ordered 3 pizzas and my husband took a bite into the cheese pizza we ordered and he felt something hard and metaly tasting and he took the bite out of his mouth and inbedded in the cheese was a staple. i am very angry that this could happen. how? how could a staple get into our pizza? i brought it to the attention of the manager on duty and he apologised and gave us our money back but in the meantime i was highly upset still questioning how in the world can a staple be in this pizza. my son was eating the cheese pizza first and said it tasted funny so my husband tried it and this is what he found. i want someone to call me about this . the manager said he didnt have corp.s number so i went home to find it on the internet and this site is what i found and boy to my suprise theres a comment on here about the same place we were dining at. i also found that no one making the pizzas wre wearing gloves and digging their hands in the cheese . it made me sick to see this . im in shock totally. there also was a guy wondering around in the cooking and preparing area with no uniform on in street clothing just hanging out . also the guy i saw making pizzas thought it was funny what i was complaing about to the manager. very unprofessinal people at this establishment. i will not be back there or another round table due to what has happened. this one place in gardnerville nevada is giving all round tables a bad image and name .i will be calling the corp. office in concord california a.s.a.p.denise bell
How do we complain about a Round Table Pizza place, that recently aquired a new manager? The place is dirty – food is not set up as it is used – the door inside the Women’s restroom has been broken for a year – We went in with a group one sunday noon to find the place dark, and one man on the phone. We found later that no one showed up to work until after one that afternoon. A woman that has been working there for quite some time, returned to work after an operation, to find many of her former customers had left due to poor service, or no service at all. Plus the new employees were very rude. We go in one time and have drinks free ( we are senior citizens) and the next time are told we must pay of it. No one seems to know what is the correct price. Please, is there a way to replace this very unconcerned and rude manager? This Round Table Pizza facility is in Gardnerville, Nevada.
