Phillips outlines Public Safety agenda for 2010 Supervisor race

We recently reported that Mister Phillips announced his Five Point Platform for his 2010 Supervisor campaign for Contra Costa Supervisor (D-1). Today Phillips posted his Public Safety agenda, including:

- address District Attorney staffing
- expand patrols, promote Neighborhood Watch
- reduce emergency response times
- reduce illegal gun sales
- strengthen police-community relations in West County.
