A MEMORIAL MASS
A memorial mass in celebration of Councilmember Chavez’s life will be held Tuesday, Aug. 14 at 11 a.m. at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 3966 Chestnut Ave., Concord.
A reception will follow at the St. Agnes Church Hall.
