A comedy night at Tommy T’s in Pleasanton will be held, June 24, to benefit the Concord Movie Project, that hopes to pre sell 5,000 DVDs at $20 each, as angel investment to fund the production of a kids’ action flick to be shot in Concord and around Contra Costa County. If successful, proceeds from the film will go to support arts and sports programs in the Mt Diablo Unified School District.
