David Livingston, will kickoff his campaign for Contra Costa County Sheriff on Thursday, November 19, from 5:30-7:30 p.m., at Scotts Garden Restaurant in Walnut Creek.
Livingston is currently the Chief of Police for the City of Concord and has served as the Chief of Police for the City of Pleasant Hill.

I was at the Michael Chavez event before this so got there toward end of David’s speech before a packed crowd at Scott’s Garden venue. Livingston was winding up a stirring speech.
Up beat crowd. Lots of the Law Enforcement community in attendance. Felt like one huge sobriety checkpoint (NOT)!
