The deadline for everyone was August 10 but because one incumbent did not file (Bill Shinn) the rules call for all non-incumbents to have 5 additional days to August 15 to submit their papers and get finalized.
The ‘papers’ include
Nominations by 30 Concord Citizens of which 20 must pass examination of their signatures and status.
Signing an Ethical Practices pledge
Signing and acknowledgement of the Signage rules
Submitting a form 700 on assets/conflict of interest potentials
and a few other forms depending on your intention in regard to collection of money and the like.
