Teleconference on how diversity impacts end of life hospice care, April 29

Hope Hospice will host a teleconference on Diversity and End of Life Care, Wednesday, April 29, from 10:00 to 2:15 pm., at the San Ramon Regional Medical Center, on Norris Canyon Road in San Ramon.

The teleconference, presented by Hopsice Foundation of America, will focis on ways of understanding how cultural histories, traditions, and beliefs can impact end of life care. A panel discussion will follow the teleconference.
