The Contra Costa Republican Party’s financial situation is even worse than recently reported. The Central Committee’s most recent PUBLIC financial report to the State of California shows a negative balance of $8.97.
This after that organization’s PUBLIC Federal report showed unpaid bills over $2,000 with only $465 cash on hand.
Apparently California Republicans love deficit spending, afterall!
What’s even more hilarious is the ersatz chair, Greg Poulos, on orders from Mr. Big, threatens to boot elected committee members for discussing the GOP’s financials which are a matter of public record.
The kicker is Poulos isn’t even elected. He finished last in a field of 28. Poulos and Darcy Linn (Treasurer) appointed themselves in a putsch orchestrated to make sure former chair and #2 in the California GOP (!) Tom Del Beccaro, would have hand-picked thralls in place to cover up the nonsense.
What a joke.
Sadly, it’s a joke that needs to be explained because Tom, Darcy Linn, Greg Poulos and company are no longer those lovable losers trash-talking everyone that disagrees with them or requests an audit.

You’re right – it’s not hilarious or a joke! They no longer threaten you in San Diego County, they DO remove you from Central Committee and Executive Committee meetings, physically! Some reports are numbered and returned at Central Committee meetings before you can leave the room. All Executive Committee Meetings are done in closed session – no more Central Committee Members allowed. All Caucus Chairs on the Executive Committee are hand picked by our Chair, your CRP Finance Chair, Tony Krvaric. All this and more is done under the watchful and supportive eye of Ron Nehring who attends most of the meetings and expresses vocal support for the way Tony is running things and admonishes all that attempt to have any type of discussion.
Our Central Committee meetings have assigned seating to separate people who ‘are not on the team’ so that they can’t discuss matters with each other during the meetings. They are constantly trying to get as many of these members to resign or be removed by their Ex-Officios.
What’s become of OUR Republican Party? Unless we change the leadership, there’s no place for any discussion! Sieg Heil!

It’s time to change the picture of Tom Del Beccaro. He and his sychophants sound more like the Sopranos than than the good old Mickey Mouse Club.
