DOJ: Using fake name online grounds for warrantless wiretap…really??!

With nothing to better to do than not sell automatic assault weapons to drug dealers South of the border, Eric Holder’s Department of Justice has now proclaimed that using a fake name or alias online—like here at Halfway To Concord—is now considered grounds for warrantless wiretapping.
