The ClimateGate scandal is so far reaching that many individuals involved in cooking the data and restraining voices of opposition more than likely work for state-chartered and state-funded institutions. As such these scientistst partisan advocates might well be classified as state employees (and thereby eligible for generous state benefits).
As the Wall Street Journal suggests, “The conduct suggested by the purloined emails might violate state ethics or funding policies. State governments and legislatures therefore might have a basis for inquiry and oversight.
So, now the lawsuits against NASA and others lineup and the public begins to see how deep the rabbit hole goes. The $64,000 question now is, will California Attorney General Jerry Brown cross his own sick little Rubicon to investigate how deeply California state funds, grants, and taxes were used to fund bogus data and politically motivated coverup?
He’d could justifiably look into AB 32 while he’s at it!
Brown has made some noise concerning investigation of ACORN, but does he also have the balls to stand up to the great lie of our time? Talk about conflict of interest. And can he do it while running for Governor in 2010 while upholding his oath of office as California Attorney General?
You tell me.

The actions here reflect on the intensity of academic life, but considering the widespread research in the area I would not double down on the bet that the Climate debate is going to go away and that it suddenly will be OK to pollute the atmosphere.
We need a special session of the Legislature to repeal AB 32 Before end of the year!
It appears that “Global Warming” really was “Man Made”. However the men were in the Science Labs making bogus reports and findings.
‘Cap and Trade Is Dead’
The recently disclosed emails and documents from University of East Anglia’s Climate Research Unit compromise the integrity of the United Nations’ global warming reports.
