Brandon Middleton Attorney, Pacific Legal Foundation will be the guest speaker at the LaMorinda Republican Womens Federated luncheon meeting to be held, Thursday, January 21, beginning at 11:30am, at the Orinda Country Club, 315 Camino Sobrante, in Orinda, California.
Middleton’s legal practice mainly focuses on environmental law and he has authored briefs in important Clean Water Act and Endangered Species Act cases. Middleton is currently authoring an article on injunctive relief under the Endangered Species Act.
