The Moms will be sewing much needed pillow cases for the Veterans Hospitals’ Brain Injury and Trauma Centers for the Active Duty Troops. This is a special touch that the BSMs want to bring to these young men and women who are America’s Heroes and the sons and daughters of our entire Country.
Although we are in the middle of our Operation Care Package ‘HOLIDAY FOR THE TROOPS’, which by the way is low on donations, we can not let these Heroes go by one more day without our prayers, help and attention. While all of us go on with our daily lives these young men and women have served our country risking their health, personal happiness and lives. The Blue Star Moms want to show them that the Country appreciates them, the Country takes notice of their situation and the Country thanks them.
