It doesn’t look like the fearless Rep George Miller (CD-7) plans any live face to face Town Hall meetings during Congressional recess. He’s been staring into cameras while standing behind nut job Pelosi straining to be seen for so long he must have forgotten his more important job is to face the People, not the cameras. Sore neck and all, George may yet muster an invite only call-in conference that can weed out any dissent. That’s so brave. You go George.
All I want to know from George is how you treat 50-million new patients without a massive increase in qualified healthcare professionals? That’s right. You can’t. This is why any baloney about no rationing is a lie. Yet, the Democrat talking points are a sort of a new McCarthyism that demonizes any opposition to socialized no-care as pawns of the evil insurance companies.

In his Saturday address, President Obama mentioned that the government pays insurors for Medicare Advantage but patients receive no better care. He, as does just about everybody else, misses, or is reluctant. to address the most blatant socialistic practice of health care. That is, caregivers must provide services regardless of patient’s ability to pay. The poor don’t pay, most insured pay deductibles/co-payments after insurors pay allowable charges, and uninsured of means subsidize others by having to pay caregivers’ submitted charges ( which are grossly inflated because of reduced revenue from the poor and insured).
Health care reform should key on reducing health care costs, not health insurance. I pay for Medicare Part B and I also pay for private insurance. I expect better health care than those who don’t pay
True reform reqires stratifying quality of care proportional to financial sacrifice. Those not sacrificing or those unable receive good care, those paying for normal insurance receive better care, and those paying for “gold” plans receive the best.
Stratification can be achieved by establishing public hospitals and clinics for those who don’t pay and/or by separating areas of private hospitals into three different levels of service.

That arrogant politician, Congressman George Miller (D-Martinzez), symbolizes all that’s wrong with the current House of Representatives.
Miller was a key force in bailing out General Motors. With Speaker Nancy Pelosi and other House Democrats, Miller went on a junket — call it a vacation — to Rome, Italy.
Miller is the chief sponsor of the Employee Free Choice Act, This act, if passed, would bar secret ballots in unionization elections.
The time has come for the Democratic Party, in the next primary election, to put up a serious opponent to Miller. Miller has lost touch with the people in his district.
All Miller wants to do is spend your money and tax your income.

20,000 reasons why I support a massive change in the healthcare in America:
the yearly cost of my ‘insurance’ by Blue Cross Anthem as of March before forcing a change to ‘hit by a bus on a Tuesday night only coverage plan’.
Thousands of reasons why paying even 8% of my income for healthcare: it is now over 18% of my income.
Minor correction- the 50 million people without insurance have health care- next time check out County Hospital emergency rooms. The key word here is ‘insurance’.
The government telling people what maximum price to pay… sounds good after all the current range for the SAME service such as meds varies in terms of multiples of TWENTY or more which is obscene. Examples abound of identical service from the same people or in the case of drugs the same exact product being charged 20 times more than the lowest PROFITABLE price for the same product/service.
Health/Medicine/Care in our country is broken. Call it anything you want, we need to change things drastically from what we have.
What is Miller’s vulnerability?
