It will be the ONLY real public debate on the massive plan that will affect the nine Bay Area Counties for the next 50 years. Ezra Rapport, the Executive Director of ABAG and Steve Kinsey, a Marin Supervisor and ABAG representative will face Randal O’Toole known for his opposition to “transit Oriented development,” and Thomas Rubin, a mass transit consultant. I don’t like waiting in lines, apathy, stupidity, bad food, lousy wine, boring people, and a host of other stuff we must contend with in the course of our every day lives. Such preferences are on a personal level thus adjustments can be made to lower exposure to what can be termed as chumpism.
