It will be the ONLY real public debate on the massive plan that will affect the nine Bay Area Counties for the next 50 years. Ezra Rapport, the Executive Director of ABAG and Steve Kinsey, a Marin Supervisor and ABAG representative will face Randal O’Toole known for his opposition to “transit Oriented development,” and Thomas Rubin, a mass transit consultant.
